Scope
A complete store refresh at five locations nationwide. The scope of work included raising and lowering product runs for carpet replacement, repairing and painting walls and trim, swapping out new headers and remerchandising various shelving through each store. This is an ongoing project with more locations to be completed.
Results
Each location was completed within eight nights. We also provided real-time reporting for our client's use.
